Not me - best I've ever seen us do there is draw! Only good thing about going there is the terracing so usually resign myself to a point at best there.
Your alway's gonna get fan's calling for the Manager, seems like most on these board's are behind him though. To be honest Pearson didn't seem to bad or particularly worried on the FLS last night which suprised me, thought he might av been abit defensive but was quite up beat i thought.
I really hope Leicester stick with Nige, at least until the end of the season. Appointing someone like Adkins now, would be the only way I see them getting the momentum and finding the form that could take them up.
Smoke & mirrors ****. The fact that he, for once, didn't appear defensive/balshy should tell you something...............dead man walking
You haveto go over to foxestalk to find people who only have a 2 week long memory. Pearson in! Hes taking us in the right financial direction for FFP and also building a side that WILL get promoted
Even if we didnt get promoted I would stick with Nigel. He is building something here and he will get us up. Get promoted this season or else gets team nowhere. We need to set out a clear objective for a manager, give him at least 2 seasons to do it
Pearson in. Now is not the time for a knee jerk reaction. We are having a bad run of late, agreed, but no-one has rolled us over and we could easily go on a run similar to what we did in January. If it's playoffs for us, I'd rather we pick up form going into them rather than smash teams now and run out of steam.
.. because you can never be born there .... hopefully now ending that pointless argument with a spurious response - so let's move on ..
If we don't get promoted Proud; I suspect there will be a 'parting of the ways' .... Nigel will have had a lot longer than Sven got by then and Sven was a much bigger name with a pretty impressive CV behind him ... just being realistic - there is very little sentiment in football these days and Nigel Pearson's only achievement is having taken us out of league 1 - Simon Grayson has done that 3 times with different clubs and look what happened to him earlier this season ...
You take a tongue in cheek comment about a crappy little video serious What i meant was your jealous Hull dont have a video like that Some people here
Now that made me laugh out loud! So after over 19 hours of dodging the question that's the best you can come up with? Your original statement; "What because the Thai media make a video that makes us arrogant? Getting desperate or are you jealous? My original response; "BTW. Could you explain in football reasons why any HCAFC supporter should currently be jealous of Leicester City (try not to be too emotional)?" Your first dodge; "As I said what do you get for finshing 3rd that you dont get for finishing 6th?" Question repeated by me. Your next dodge; "I could ask you the same. What have you got that we should be jealous of?" Question repeated by me. Your next dodge; "And still no reply to why a Leicester fan should be jealous of a Hull." And finally the devious 6 year old's attempt to pretend it didn't really happen; "What i meant was your jealous Hull dont have a video like that." Fosse made a joke about you being a woman the other day, now I'm starting to wonder. You really do need to grow a pair.
Again I sincerely apologise for having a life and missing your post. We have no reason to be jealous of you and vice versa like I said. You want to make something of a tongue in cheek comment then go for it.
Just man up and admit you put your foot in your mouth instead of pretending you meant something else. If you were referring to me being jealous of the video you could have corrected me immediately, but your sad attempts to dodge my questions shows you were accusing me of being jealous of your club. Anyway this is getting tedious so either admit what you meant or leave it hanging.
Did I read that your owners have discussed Pearson's future recently? If so, that does not bode well. I agree with you Fosse that if you don't go up he will be out of a job. But, I would not be surprised if he got the push earlier - your owners may think that a change is needed now to try and turn round recent results
Apparently so - after the Leeds game - the game at Cardiff is, IMHO vitally important for our promotion prospects (and theirs) but could also be a watershed moment in terms of NP's tenure, particularly should we lose - now personally I wouldn't advocate a change of manager at this stage in a season but Forest's resurgence under Billy Davies won't have gone unnoticed by our very ambitious owners plus you have Nigel Adkins out there (proven at this level) and Paulo Di Canio who, let's face it, could be anything, but was a terrific player and had been doing what appears to have been a very good job at Swindon ...
