Edge , I go to every game and have done so for nearly 35 years , Hooper has been a stand out for two years other than the last 8/10 games of last season. The reason a thug called Bougherra did him in the cup shame game and played the rest of the season injured.

I tend not to talk on here.....

And I've had a season book since 1989. First game was against Dynamo Kiev, the side that just lost the old Defunct Cup final. Me and my dad turned up late and we were in the old West Enclosure and I had to sit on my dads shoulders the whole game. Not to mention his shoulders were killing him by the end of the game (I was 28 at the time...)

That's amazing Harold. You are truly Celtic minded and part of the Celtic family and are a fair reflection of said family.

    My statistic is still FACTual...

The heidless chicken act can be good at times, I remember his Scotland debut against Italy. Cannavaro was scoobied as to what he was playing against.

As far as I can see it appears many of them crowd from Southampton seem to have an obsession with Gary Hooper. Now I would imagine
if I was a star striker with Celtic and had a bit of a wandering lust, I would be inclined to look at a club that had spent a few years in
this Glory Glory league EPL. I certainly would not be going to a club who only a ouple of years ago was a Rangers. O/k new foreign owner is
putting in a few pounds now, maybe he will continue or maybe he find another less expensive toy. I cannot see how winning the SPL would
not be better than been relegated or just avoid going down.

You're upset because you can't keep hold of your best players because you're competing in a poor league.
    Money talks.

Aiden McGeady was the last player Celtic sold who would have been considered to be one of the best on the books, that was 2 years ago. I'm struggling to think of the last one of our major players to leave in their prime before hand - maybe Petrov in 2006?

We are not a selling club really and if anything we have tended to nick the best players of clubs the same size as Southampton, such as Cardiff City.

For ****'s sake Mick don't confuse the lad with facts, let him ramble on about matters on which he clearly has zero knowledge, I find him amusing, like a pet chimp.

Yeah, you can go on about the size of my club,Southampton FC,it doesn't really bother me as they are my local team mostly supported by locals, unlike some big clubs like Man Utd that are full of glory hunters...

Very few players want to move to Celtic now, only the ones that compete in the football league and are looking to win the SPL and play 2 games in the champions league against Ventspils.
