Will we stay up ?

Although I'm confident of a win against WestBrom , we have wiggle room now if we get nothing .This isn't a must win at home game like the Watford game which had a berring on confidence against Everton .This is an away game coming off 11 points from 8 games since Monk left . I'll still be confident no matter what happens against West Brom , super confident if we beat them though .

 

The thread is about giving an answer before tuesday,i just want to see what percentage would give a no answer at this current time.As stated before it makes life easier with more games played.now after 23 games,do you think we will stay up.

 

Dont need it coming down to the last game,got diagnosed with heart problem 4 months ago,taking enough medication now,dont need no more.lol

 

If it came down to the last game , you'd have company being diagnosed with heart problems I'm afraid . All joking aside , do what the doctors say right to the letter ... relax and enjoy is some of the best medicine......

 

Well after careful consideration and reviewing the stats of previous games along with the betting odds

I still don't know .

 

A lot of the answers will be much clearer after 3 games. As long as we start scoring goals much more regular then we should be fine...

 

Leroy Fer does not give me confidence

 

imo a good signing for us , strong box to box type player which is something we need and has the experience of the PL .

 

That is the bit I like about him, and if we can get him up to his best, then I'll be happy, he has one hell of a shot also, my youngest son is over the moon we have signed him, and thinks he will do well for us, I will wait and see, but here's hoping he makes his mark, to remain here..........

 

After last night's draw with WBA - I'd have taken a point at kick-off (still trying to be positive) - we have 26pts from 24 games. Encouragingly, 7pts out of last 9pts.

If we can beat Palace, Villa & Norwich at home, plus get draws against Soton & Liverpool then that would take us to 37pts.

Chelsea seem to have improved, and Man City in the final game of the season could be "huge" - hopefully, we will be safe by then, but imagine if we need to get something from that game and they need to win to be Champions......

Away from the Liberty, I think it will be difficult to get anything from Spurs, Arsenal & Leicester. So we need to get points at Bournemouth, Newcastle, Stoke & West Ham.

Bournemouth & Newcastle are "real" 6 pointers. Do we ever win at Stoke? The last away match is at West Ham - their last ever game at Upton Park.......

We could have done with those 2 "lost" points last night......
