Actually I am speaking as a businessman who has shares in, and is a director of, several companies and knows about my responsibilities to each company and the implications of related party transactions. As you know I am a Man Utd fan so obviously I am looking at this completely impartially and arriving at the conclusion that the guy is a twat of the highest order.
He is doing the best by both, but he just slightly favours the larger more profitable business. He seems a sound fella to me. (note I used sound to make you feel all warm and Mancy)
