well if & when they join, bothroyd, campbell plus webber, hewitt & will cost less than if we had bought cms, so on that side i'd be happy.

Add Dyer to that list. Hopefully he will have recovered well from his injury.

I worry that Jay's scoring record at the start of this year was a purple patch in a career otherwise not full of goals. I would be interested to see if any (honest) Cardiff fans think he can make the step up.

I'm MUCH happier with DJ though. 13 goals in just 31 Premier League games last year and the second highest English Premier League goalscorer last year too. He's proved he can do the business at the top level already and as memory serves I think he did okay at Birmingham as well.

Dyer on a pay as you play deal makes a lot of sense, potentially a quality midfielder and not a huge risk if he injures himself again.

I would be delighted to see Naughton join the troop and feel we would then only be a CB and potentially another striker away from being competitive. (Assuming we no longer play 4-2-3-1!)

If we loose out on DJ to Westham I will be shocked. He must believe he's better then a championship player given the chance of another shot at the prem..
