Well aren't you different when you are not trying to wum/troll the United, arsenal or liverpool boards.
Despite injury, Rooney played 37 games last season, scoring 16 goals with many assists (like the one for RvP's goal v Villa). Bale played 44 including 8 in the bloated EL. Rooney's problem was his relationship with SAF.
When available, more often than not Rooney played the number 10 role not Kagawa ( who played 17 games in total ) anyway this has gone off topic.
It's up to Bale, but if he signs for Real Madrid, he'll have to expect trips to play at Bournemouth. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23400938
Look! Please let me put this all to bed, as I'm getting a little bit fed up that all you United fans deluding yourselves that you are ever going to sign Bale. This year, Bale will remain at Spurs, and if we get CL footy for the season after the coming one, he'll extend his contract and will remain at Spurs. An acid test for his remaining at Spurs for at least one more season is the fact that £ity haven't come in with a bid. If £ity ever get wind that Levy intends to sell Bale I'm expecting £ity to blow all competition away with a bid of £100m-plus. No amount of tapping-up from either Real or United will change matters. £ity will realise that they have to bid high in order to garner any interest, and Levy would be only too happy to take such a windfall and piss-off United at the same time. So, please, can we put this one to bed, now?
Agreed. Why would anyone take a punt on going to United right now?Pellegrini is a class act, Moyes is good at keeping underfunded teams relatively competitive. If it's for the proximity to Wales, a monster transfer fee and salary and an opportunity to work with a talented coach, then Man Utd can only compete geographically for Bale. They are not in the hunt for top players until Moyes proves himself.
