Will the scousers swallow any pride they have left and recruit despised Owen?

So, the possibility that Liverpool may sign an ex-United player who is despised by some Liverpool fans in order to alleviate the fact that they didn't sign another striker before the deadline closed, makes a United fan write this sentence!

Now I am not one to judge what other people should have as aspirations or what other people should get excited about in terms of football. But I can probably think of thousands of things that 'could make it better' for United fans, here is a quick list of about 6 things...

    United win the PL
    United win the CL
    United win the League Cup
United go unbeaten for the rest of the season
United beat Liverpool 5 nil at Anfield
United win something this season, anything.

Now, that is just a list of the top of my head which I presume almost all United fans would agree that, if they happened, they would make things 'better'. But Christiansmith is not interested in stuff like that, he ranks the possible signing of Owen by Liverpool as the ONE thing that if it happened, could not be topped by anything else that could happen. In his own words, there can be nothing else, nothing could be better for United fans, no trophies, no signings, no victories, could EVER be better for a United fan, than it would be if Liverpool signed Owen!!!

How fucking bizarre is that thought process from a supposed United fan? Unbelievable! <ok>

You just picked on a sentence I wrote at the end...so what? It WAS a great weekend. Humiliation for the scousers at their knocking shop Anfiled (good for anyone who could not score before) and fantastic recovery by UNited when they were losing and on top of it, the scousers thinking of re-signing someone they said they totally despised...<laugh> <ok>

OK. Good list. These will all happen. You missed something though. It will get better when we win the premiership AND the scousers get humiliated by not even getting into Europe this season...<whistle>

5 threads on the Utd board out of 27 about Liverpool and yet 2 created by a Chelsea fan. Yet you still managed to post on the Utd board! The irony. Must try harder.

What else apart from Liverpool would they have to talk about? Their table-cloth home shirt? How cringe-worthy ''Take me home United road'' is? How over-weight Fat Wayne is, David De Gea being a ****e keeper?

Well. In comparison the list for the scousers is endless. Where to begin? Suarez playing sh1t, getting rid of Carroll the donkey to West ham and then realising that they didn't want to do that, missing Dempsey for £2 million when they forked out £35 million for a donkey worth at most 10 million and £50 million for the likes of Henderson, Downing, Adam, Gerrard not adapting to the tiki taka ( <laugh> ) and generally going to retirement, Reina doing one mistake a match...at least, Rodgers contemplating bringing back that wonderful hero Micheal Owen, the owners writinga pathetic letter trying to explain but at the same time crucifying that incompetent muppet "legend" Dalglish who had squandered all their money on donkeys... The list as I said is endless.

The scousers were put on this earth to provide entertainment for United fans...<whistle>
