No, he's old and suffering reoccurring injuries, it the end of Kissa's career, we have had a good run and I really liked his motivation, commitment and detirmination but he's a write off. Last injury ruined his playing ability, this injury will end it. Write him off as a player and offer to turn his contract into a youth academy coaching role (no need to waste a 2 year contract). He might be an inspiration to the kids.

Regretfully you're probably right KGIG. But time will tell & stranger things have happened.

It's sad we didn't get Kissa when he was younger, he would of been a right signing.

yea second i saw this i thought his playing days are over. Still stand by that, I think at the time it was right to give him a 2 year deal but obviously hindsight is a wonderful thing.

He's a likeable character which makes it even more a shame and now we are in desperate need for a CB even more so. And bucks please dont say O'Dear and permanent deal in the same sentence, it hurts my brain.

Carroll was spotted in the reserves, by Dennis Wise. Wise had to persuade Newcastle to actually give him a contract...
