I don't think Evans will be here next season.

Honestly couldn't care if he is, I don't think he has the capability of getting a team promoted. Most fans thought the same after the Brighton game. Amazing how quickly things change really.

Agree with you Josh, I wasn't convinced by his "the longer he's at Leeds the better the team get" either; I think he's trying to sell himself (oh no, not another one...<doh>)

It's irrelevant IMO who is manager if Cellino doesn't invest in the squad next season..<ok>

Agreed. Problem as I see it Shaks is Cellino said a year ago, he'd be willing to put 3 or 4 million a year of his own into the club. As we are still losing money, that sort of money will only keep Leeds afloat and won't provide any real cash towards strengthening the squad as is needed. However, who knows, maybe he'll give it a real go this season hopefully

Let's be brutally honest here... You would love him if he picked all the Italian and foreign players ahead of the likes of Cook and Wood.

What would be the point of changing managers now?. The team seems to be playing with more confidence and hopefully results are likely to improve,It would not make sense to sack Evans now and go back to square one. But making sense does not seem to be in Cellinos make up.

Are you related to Duckenfield the scousers are managing to blame for hilssborough?
You know the unlawful killing that started by the usual scouse suspects causing mayhem.

NO. William Claude Duckenfield was the real name of W.C.Fields who I believe was one of the funniest men of all time, but I'm not related to him either.

As you mentioned David Duckenfield I would hope to see him in court together with Norman Bettison. both should be cross examined.

Yes, we do go back to square one if Evans is sacked. I've long believed that hiring and firing managers even once a season gets you no progress whatsoever, you cannot expect these one season wonder managers to be effective. But I still don't think we should've hired Evans in the first place and nothing has really changed my mind on that. I don't believe, even given funds, that he is capable of getting a team promoted. I think keeping him next season will be another season wasted regardless of who is our owner, regardless of whether we get funds.

i think evans will be sacked in summer knowing cellino he had a target of 10th place minimum
and steve evans has not achieved that the highest leeds can get now is 12th after today bad performance
12th or 10th evan 3rd is not good enough ONLY 1st and 2nd secures automatic promotion and a club the size of leeds should be able to do that , i mean if brighton , burnley can do it i am sure leeds can but the owner cellino
is not spending on quality players and not putting money into buying 4 or 5 good battlehardened championship players , leeds have had numourous chances to sign NUGENT , and other good players and they have not .
leeds need another billionaire to come in and buy the club off cellino its the last chance for cellino this summer to put money into leeds players for me if he does not i say OUT WITH CELLINO ALSO
