Whatever man! I'd rather be in the Premier League every week than have one day out at Wembley a year, every time.

The only positive of cardiff being in the premiership is that with their current squad they will be a total embarrassment! Less points than derby perhaps? Can't score for ****e, won something like 1 of their last 8 HOME games against the likes of Coventry, millwall and Watford!
Cardiff in the prem is laughable, they can stay where they are, no need to shame our country.

some fans dragon.... like rubber ball who has probably not set foot in legoland in his life. ok he may be selling the Big Issue outside but even cardiff wont let people like him in....

the toughest game for cardiff is the next game they play and should they lose that then they have to rely on boro losing. If they get to the playoffs then every team is in with a chance as its all on the day just like us last season. we had a bit of luck in the final remember with two penalties that one ref would give but another wouldn't. I hope they can make it but its going to be the same as the others.....its who gets that little bit of good fortune on the day....

Because he's tarring us with the same brush.

Personally I see the banning orders as a good thing - shows we're actually doing something about it.

You think it's a good thing ? <doh> it means you have a problem with a large percentage of the fans .

Remember we made 50 banning orders after one game against Chelsea. Inflates the figures a lot. A couple of seasons ago we had 44 arrests to your 35. Not too bad either considering the crowd sizes. That made us about 20th in the entire league structure for arrests.

Cardiff also issues banning orders on many things that many clubs do not. That is what dead_passive means.

KJ, you can laugh at the family club awards, but we didn't give them to ourselves.

Every team has their idiots, but the club has come a long way over the past ten years and trying to keep up some pretense of "hooliganism" just doesn't wash anymore.

I really have no argument with Swans fans not wanting Cardiff to get promoted, but find the whole "the PL will be raped and pillaged by nasty Cardiff supporters" a bit overdone.

    OK just a 'bit'. <laugh>

Tell that to the Toon fans who were pelted with stuff from above when you played them in the Championship.

Then ask them how our lot behaved. No comparison. You can like it or not you have a disproportionate hooligan element and you know it.

Perhaps KJ. I also think that often the action of one or two gets exaggerated to half the crowd when it comes to Cardiff. Your Newcastle fans as an example. I have been to some grounds in the lower league days where we were abused all day long , had rocks thrown at us, and then when one of us threw one back it was those nasty Cardiff fans again. Either way, I do not support any behaviour like that, I just suggest we are so far away from those days.

cardiff fair play are trying to do as much as they can to sort out their hooligan element from what i can see. they do have a big problem though that they cant deny especially away from home, most clubs have their idiots but teams like cardiff, leeds and millwall cant let go of the reputations they have built up over the years. cardiff is a relatively safe place to go now than what it was a few years ago much safer than leeds or millwall so you have to give credit for how they are achieved that, but like i say its the away soul crew element of cardiff supporters that let the club down and im sure they are trying hard to eliminate that.....

More banning orders = fewer idiots causing trouble being let into games = good thing.

I'm not denying that we don't have our fair share of dickheads. I've witnessed them myself but the numbers are exaggerated by you lot. Our old reputation is stuck with us when it no longer applies.

EDIT: superswan beat me to it :)

More banning orders simply mean you still ain't got to the root of the problem, and if it was effective surely the numbers would decreasing significantly over the years, I ain't checked as your team are not worth the bother, aren't yours increasing year on year ?

You have the honour of being one the most hated clubs in the country, it must be a distinction you cherish !

it fans like you rubber that your team are trying to eradicate, dont you care about that?? if not then you are no fan of cardiff or you would grow up and respect the families that do go....im proud of my club and 99% of the fans at the way we have had glowing reports from every away club this season, we have been well behaved an a credit to the club and wales, if cardiff really want to play at the highest level then the fans need to behave at the highest level also. cardiff have got their place sorted from idiots but the away lot are letting the club down....shameful...
