Lets face it... if we sign Senna and he is as good as he looked against Barca this year, and Bodde gets back to his best -what a mouth watering central partnership! With the front four of Dyer, Sinclair, Dobbie, Graham..... we are getting some force together considering what we were worried about this time last year !!!! However it all starts from the back and DDV/Rangel/Taylor in the air that could yet be a major achilles heal. If they want to go then cheers for everything but make your minds up quick and give us time to build/replace.
I am sure things will be sorted one way or the other in the next week or so, we have plenty of time to bring players in if needed.
Hope he does well. He has obviously been putting the hard work in. The problem is you never know with the knee, one little knock and it could be all over. Hope not though fingers crossed
3 knee ops? if i was him i would be looking after the knee unless i want to be a cripple, sorry guys but i think his time is up
Bodde is a Jack, Swansea stood by him all the way through his injury and he appreciates that. We could easily have dropped his contract but we stuck with him and he has stuck with us. With him and Senna in the mid-field? Well I am excited at the prospect. Don't really see a place for Leon in the line up though.
If he hits the ground running and is back to his best and starting the games, my only concern is with his contract situation. He will be a very good and cheap player for any interested Premier league side come January and free come the end of season. I hope there is another contract waiting for him come November time.
