O'shea can play more positions? comn mate .. is too soon to say who is better or who can fit his club better, let us just wait till the end of the season, then we can have much better view on how both did
Youtube can make any player look good.. STOP watching clips of him. Zaha can and did play all those roles for CP
I'm not saying Zaha can't be better, but at this very moment, de bruyne is the better player. Zaha has done nothing of note at a high level. Whereas De bruyne has been the best player for belgium in the qualifying stages, the player of the season for werder.
Zaha got CP promoted. was player of the season for CP????? lol....... Not really a lot else he could have done right lol
You must know how rubbish he was in the second half of the season than? Only played good in the play off's
comn man .. based on what de bruyne was better? based on Bremen finishing near bottom of the table? or based on Marko Marin success at Bremen before? is premature and ridiculous to say he is better than zaha are you referring to international level? do you know someone called Giovani dos Santos? he was crap in PL but a star in his national side beside De bruyne started 6 matches only in 3 years? is 6 match enough to say X player is better?!! let us be matured and see how both will do this season over 50 matches, then we can have a serious talk
O'shea played as CM.. Jones played as CM ... just bcz he play as CM in very few matches don't mean he is good at it .. De bruyne is an attacking mid .. that is his best position
He's been head and shoulders above every other player in pre-season. His game is perfect for the PL, and seems very consistent. Reminds me of Silva when he was at his best, but with more trickery and he doesn't mind getting stuck in. He may go through a period of bad form, most players do. But I'm yet to see it - and we ripped Inter off big time (about time we got a bargain, rather getting milked ourselves). I'm seriously considering a tenner punt on young player of the season.
That's the problem - Silva was unplayable for about a season and a half in the PL and then faded away. His loss of form almost cost City the title in 11/12, and contributed to their feeble defence of it last season. Not saying Coutinho's going to be the same, but tricky players like him often struggle in the PL over the long term.
