Flint ... I CAN do that. Really I CAN. It was **** ... You are right. So was the second half at Rochdale away and the Orient game. What has our manager and team got to do...? Even better. As Mr Monk said Bristol City are shopping at Harrods.
lets hope we make it 1 in 19 then! then 1 in 20 then 1 in 21 a defeat in the next 2 would be disasterous but acceptable against good opposition!!!!!!
I fancy myself to have got a forehead on it ... And none of this closing of the eyes business either.
Shame you made that comment after 11 then otherwise Cotteral could of bought you in the transfer window.
Cotteral or Collateral he has some fine machinery here which is ready for a high speed burn through the division ... Keep that Wagsaff out of central midfiield mind.
'we're moaning and groaning about s**t..' I'm happy with 11 points after 5 games. Surely it's ok to discuss the 'Flint and Ayling' cock up on this forum. You call it moaning, others call it negative. I call it discussion on a particular point. Anyway, OneFor is correct as usual.
Just seen the goals, and OMG, what a cock up for their goal, I'm guessing no call was made by either Flint or Ayling, and once the ball bounced they were beaten, not a convincing finish TBH, and I feel Fielding should also have done better and at least got a hand to it. Our first goal, yet another burst past a defender from Little, that is at least 3 I count already and is just what you need to turn a game, a very clever back heel from Agard threw the defender and keeper and left Wilbs with an open goal. As for the penalty, well that is JET in a nutshell, a lazy effort that would have left him looking a right c**t had the keeper gone the right way. A promising start from City, but still a lot of work to do, especially in terms of concentrartion and communication. But I will take 5 games unbeaten!!
I do not agree with Redprintt's interpretation of the Notts goal incident, but surely the forum is here to discuss events such as that. Both of us want the best for our Club and if mistakes are never analysed, one never improves.
Wilbs has been a revelation. Like many on here I was underwhelmed when he was brought in, but fair play to him so far he's done a great job and has led by example. In terms of the mistakes, then people need to learn from them quickly. The goal we conceded against Notts was schoolboy error stuff and the one at Rochdale should never have happened either. We should be on 13 points not 11.
Cidered 'Both of us want the best for our Club' - Thanks, Spot on. 'You obviously detest Fielding' - I don't detest him. However, as El Abd and Wagstaff, I happen to think they are not good enough for BCFC. 'This Forum would be boring without Redprint' - Oh RODney, you little plonker, I'm full of emotion
Banksy the plank, I still smile and chuckle about that comment. I wish they made that a sticky so we can visit it every so often
