If you're an ale buff then the Anvil - next to the bus station - is the place to go, as long as you have plenty of time. The only pub for away supporters near the ground - the Red Robin - is pretty standard fare.

As for the game, I have no doubt we'll get beat. Despite our reasonable home form I don't think we have enough, in terms of organisation, personnel or nous, to avoid an almost obligatory 1-0 home defeat.
 
Tell you what HP for the very best pint of beer was in the supporters club at the old springfield ground the john smiths they served in there was neckter of the gods and after the match it was always full of both home and away fans never any trouble ever. o for the good old days.
 
well know with both our best keepers out and players out and others returning its not good but with the sqaud of players we have are more than capeable of getting us back were we should be
