My first game was when we played Notts County away in 1981. We won 4-1. A great result for my first game. I also got the autographs of all the Ipswich team including the great Sir Bobby Robson on the back of the programme. How I wish I still had it. I remember standing outside the changing rooms getting them to sign as they went in. I even saw John Wark in his undercrackers Not sure if I should have admitted to that We always seemed to do well against Notts County.
I remember getting John Chedozee (spelling) 6 bloody times when collecting the Panini football stickers! He played for Notts County before moving to Spurs.
