No - Football League has confirmed that the 12 points will be deducted. If Wigan end up in the bottom 3, the deduction will be actioned next season. If they are outside the bottom 3 this season, the deduction will made at the end of the season. So they’re going to have to be more than 12 points outside the drop zone to avoid relegation .....
