Those predictions are based on our position in the table on the 25th, so the West Ham game does not matter as it was meant to be played on the 26th anyway. So basically, you need us to beat Wigan with Spurs and Chelsea not winning over the weekend for you to get those bonus five points.

Stoke could cause problems for Spurs, and if Villa play like they did against Liverpool anything is possible against Chelsea. They beat them in the corresponding fixture last season. So let's see what happens!

Sadly, I can see both Spurs and Chelsea winning. So, if we also win that will keep us in fifth. That's where I thought we would be on the 25th. <whistle>

No real injury news ahead of this game for once. Looks like Diaby and Santos are the only two players who are injured, and they are long term injuries.

I doubt Arsenal are going to come after little old me. Although there was that thing with Gunnerblog, which was petty from the club.

Something about the club writing to him to tell him to stop displaying one of their badges. According to him anyway, they were 'heavy-handed' in their approach to get him to remove the said badge.

I remember the way that the club came down on 'unofficial' scarf and hat sellers around Highbury when they prevented them from selling any merchandise that hadn't been officially sanctioned. Eventually the club changed the badge (without any consultation with fans) and clamped down on anybody trying to use the copyright.

I understand the notion of intellectual property, but Arsenal 'belongs' to the fans as much as it does the owners of the club. Without the fans, the club is nothing. Morally, it's a shared ownership and I think it's along the same lines as somebody selling a national flag, it belongs to the nation, not a private enterprise.

If any Tom,Dick and Harry was allowed to make and sell merchandise it would mean them making money and not the club.I would rather see money going to the club and not some unscruperlous buisines man.
