I've had a little look on Wigans forum.

1.Most very complimentary toward are recruitment.

    2. Score flattered them (Wigan)

    3. Have us down as promotion contenders.

    4. Sunderland have moved on, Wigan have stood still.

    5. Kolo getting stick already

Legend has is that Danny Graham once chinned him for being a dick toward sunderland. I've already mentioned that "c**t" that plays for a wigan that wares 11 HATING the fact we've smashed them again.

I think we can all agree, that Wigans number 11 is a massive c**t? I mean, correct me if I'm wrong like?

Some of our passing tonight is probably on par with being the camera man on a Jenna Jameson set when she was in her prime.

well chuffed with that, some very nice individual pieces of skill to pick out, if we can stay injury free we might manage to squeeze promotion and even if we cant stay there the parachute payments will help tremendously to strengthen the squad enough.

that 4th goal though ! i bet Ronaldo was envious lol. this team is going up i tell you, bring on the Boro for a record crowd. This is amazing to think no Ross for 3 months injuries galore yet we do this ! surely he will stay. i have to say our midfield is fantastic and Tony could becombe(i have been drinking !) another Bob stokoe he is a great bloke and knows what we want. they will have to extend our stadium if we go up next season, fantastic for the north east at the minute.

Another fantastic away night! At times, some of the football we play is wonderful. Thought Luke and Dan Neil had excellent games tonight, Amad and Roberts skills are something to behold. What a joy it is to see us playing these one touch passes and flicks. They're playing without fear, which I am loving, even if I know it's risky and will come unstuck at times. I don't think I'm going to look at the league table.....I just want to see more of this stuff, wherever it takes us. Roll on Blackpool!

I'm claiming a correct prediction here, well apart from the tired legs bit, totally under estimated the desire this squad has, have we ever had a festive Christmas football period this good, keep it going lads.

The way we play is giving me a bit of love for the game that I haven't had in a long time.

Football is so capitalist these days in the way that it's about constant improvement above all else, year on year progression, clinical training, profits, tactics that leave little room for freedom, and domination by nation states and corporation's.

But we're allowing these players to show their artistry and be bold. It's just a glimpse of glory in the sense of admiring brilliance and taking pleasure in it. I think that's more valuable than success (though I would like both).

Look back at the history of football and the love of the game lies in its artistry. No-one loves the Germans like they love the Brazilians. No-one loves Juventus like they love Ajax.
