I agree, but others (not you) shouldn't hold him up as a world beater now because of his last 2 games.......

Plus, he came off injured I believe? The curse of a big lad?

Young Connor has come good in the last couple of games, and I am over the moon for the lad. He's had the balls to go on loan a number of times, and has come back to us with a point to prove..that he is worth a place in the side!!And,by God,he is worth his place in our side and I am sure that he will help us stop-up in the Premier-league!!

For all our sakes we need him fit. When Altidore came on he just looks terrified to shoot. Would love Altidore to find some confidence from somewhere? It's like he has the yips!?!
He seems frightened to pull the trigger. Needs a motivational talk from oscar pistorious. Shoot first ask questions later.

His confidence is completely shot in front of goal, it's a real shame

It's such a shame. He just has to put this season to bed. He has a World Cup coming up. Always wanted him to do well but it's probably good that he is out of the firing line. He did win us a penalty today. Baby steps.

Here's a thought. perhaps Jozy should be told he is a feeder not a finisher? Everything else is a bonus.

(I know I talk a lot of stupidity on here but I am being serious with this one)

he's certainly more confident in a USA shirt

look at that goal. Brilliant. His first of three in that game

A good world cup and a move elsewhere is probably best for him, he's never gonna score bucket loads in England and sadly that's the only thing he can do to change a lot of fan's opinion on him

I like him, and I'm sure he'll have a decent career elsewhere

We paid a good wedge for Jozy. We need him to have a great World Cup to recoup our money.

Even then we'd struggle, which might mean he stays, but I really think he needs a move. Out of England, to the US or back to Holland

Alternatively if he has a good world cup and gets his confidence up he could be an asset for us next season, regardless of our division
