Tho' it's good to see you admitting that you needed to sell to buy <laugh>

Who said anything about needing to sell to buy?

Carroll was a summer target anyway, and Comolli was negotiating the deal for Suarez while this whole Torres thing went down.

"Well at least we could afford to spend £35 million
We sold whatshisface to Chelsea for a £30 million profit."

Sell --> buy

Or are you saying you would have splashed £35 million on Carroll if you hadn't managed to con the chavs for Torres?

No, we would've tried to haggle the price down as we already had a striker, but we would still have gone in for Carroll even if Torres wasn't sold.

And you used the word "needed", when we didn't "need" to sell to buy, it just made the deal even better. Seeing as these Financial Fairplay rules are kicking in soon, the more money we can raise from the people who don't want to be here/dead wood, then it means we can spend more on young, hungry footballers who want to be here without breaching the fairplay limit.

Our owners(city)have got more cash than god and we will never compete financially with utd so it seems a bit odd that someone from the slum town down the M62,trophyless and out of the CL,would try to have an argument about finance with utd fans.Try arguing about their arrogance, their horrible alcoholic manager, their classless haranguing of referees but never try this avenue of attack.Comparing Liverpool and utd financially is like comparing Pomagne to Grand Cru
Oh and next isn't year going to be your year either before you start

Horrible Alcoholic Manager?
Liverpool are manager by Kenny Dalglish who doesn't drink, not Mark Hughes a self confessed Alcoholic.Hughes played in a United team that had more alcoholics than a AA meeting.
Moran
McGrath.
Robson.
Whiteside.
Strachan were the others,
Okay none of them apart from Whiteside were in Bests league when it came to drinking, but they were still all soaks.
Robson was the only soak that Baconface didn't kick out. He's known to have a drink problem too.Oops I forgot to mention Roy Keane a decade later, who is also a self confessed alcoholic.

Man United will have to worry about FFP,As Uefa won't allow clubs that make £100 million losses into european competition.

You ****ing ******, debt is not considered in the fair play rules, you total dickhead hahahahahahahah only operating profit, you thick scouse **** hahah only chelsea and city will be effected by it, you tit

PEPE? When will your stupidity end? Is it ever going to end?

Man Utd meet the FFP rules with ease.

You have failed beyond the realms of possibility. You can't even read and you can't even form a sentence without stupidity, bitterness and jealousy being involved.
You are a grade "A" clown. Now do one

He didn't even call Dalglish an Alcoholic... He was actually referring to Ferguson.

KPR's stupidity has reached astounding levels.

I know I was insulted by a City fan,Thats why I mentioned their moronic ex manager Mark ''Old Lager Legs'' Hughes.I made this point before no rag has ever been a success as manager.
There is a long list of failures.
George Graham...His arsenal career ended in disgrace.
Bobby Charlton.Got Preston relegated.
Roy Keane enough said.
Bryan Robson.Man United are the only club he played for that he didn't relegate. He relegated both West Brom and Middlesbrough, whom he played for.
Steve Coppell.
Lou Macari.
Steve Bruce, has had more clubs than Nick Faldo.
Darren Ferguson.
On the otherhand two of the greatest managers of all time were once Liverpool players,Matt Busby 1936-1945 and Bob Paisley 1939-1954.

KPR, we had better not mention
John Barnes or Graham Souness, both such good managers

Good players often dont make good managers, as you can see UTD must have had a lot of good players

So go back to your deluapool board and talk **** on there.
