Like I've said previously, out comes this fictitious 'Family friendly' rubbish, which is nothing short of a joke, try telling that to the Palace pensioner that your Muppet's shoved around, real hard men aye, so typical of Kairdiff, total embarrassment to Wales!.............

This is not an isolated incident Swampy dear, it's just been disclosed by the home office that, you have the highest number of banning orders, in the entire football Pyramid! Your a bloody disgrace, which ever way you look at it..

"CARDIFF City supporters have more banning orders than fans at any other club in England and Wales, according to the latest Home Office statistics. Figures published yesterday showed Bluebirds supporters had more banning orders than any other club during the 2010-11 season." "Vince Alm, spokesman for the fan club, said this year’s figures were high as a result of the courts processing the dozens of arrested supporters charged by police following Cardiff City’s FA Cup tie with Chelsea." "Cardiff City chief executive Alan Whiteley said: “Cardiff City Football Club continues to work hard to eradicate anti-social behaviour at our fixtures." Your clearly not trying hard enough Mr Whiteley!...

if the club are banning the most people then surely they are trying their hardest to weed out the bad fans and thus rendering your 'cardiff city should adress this problem now' invalid?

and dai, well you may not care, but this guy seems to always find the time to have a go at us, despite swansea being in the PL!

The fact that you Bluetits can't behave yourselves when away from home, and at the hospitality of other clubs, and choose to run amuck, is the disgrace! I hope you sort it before getting to the Prem, though I some how doubt it!...............

Phil and others - just landed on this thread. Many of the comments relate to the high volume of banning orders. As is correctly stated many of these came from the Chelsea away cup game 2 years ago - court cases not resolved until last year.

I was there, I saw what happened first hand. Chelsea fans left early and waited in side streets outside the ground close to the away exit. The police did nothing to disperse them. They attacked the first city fans exiting. Thankfully I was about a minute behind all of this so wasn't attacked but saw clearly the fracas.

In that situation what do you do? Roll over and get a kicking or retaliate to protect yourself. Many city fans chose the second option, got arrested, prosecuted and banned with some jailed. If the police had done their job and removed the Chelsea fans from the scene many of the arrests would not have happened and the headline stat referred to would not be there.

A similar thing happened at QPR last season where their rabble stood behind a high, glass topped, barb wired wall and threw bricks, bottles and fireworks at us. Some of ours retaliated and the police picked on them instead of dealing with the source of trouble, QPR fans. Again a number of ours were arrested etc.

It could be that we are soiled by our past reputation and some police forces see us as an easy target due to the numbers we travel in. Only time, a fairer police mentality and lack of trouble can erase this. I have been to many away games and apart from the above incidents have seen very little trouble. I was at Palace and saw no unruly behaviour but cannot say if the reported assault took place. It certainly hasn't been reported in the media to my knowledge.

As for trouble at our place, this has only happened with away fans - Bristol, Portsmouth and Millwall being the obvious ones who have kicked off in their part of the ground and been dealt with by the stewards/police. Yes, one Bristol city fan was assaulted after a game. The culprit was pointed out, arrested and action taken - certainly banned, if not sent down. The guy who sits next to me at CCS saw the whole event - an isolated incident I can assure you.

A number of Swans have admitted you have your own hooligan element - most clubs do. However, it is very unfair to keep tarring us with this brush when incidents instigated by Cardiff fans have been largely eliminated.

I take on board what you say Blue, and while I accept that perhaps Chelsea fans lit the fire, it seems the police took the view that you boys kept it going, and to be honest you can't blame the police, as you have quite a reputation to get rid of, and while maybe as you say that it was the Chelsea fans that started this situation, it certainly was your lot that started the destruction of the toilet facilities at the Liberty. Of course we have the idiots as well, though they really are a small minority now, and as an example, at the Aston Villa game, we had a few coaches bricked, on the way out, but there was no retaliation, or arrest of Swansea city fans at that game reported, so I wish you all the best in your efforts to eradicate these problems, but it's going to be difficult as your reputation proceeds you, and there will always be idiots from other clubs that will try and set you up, of course given this.

What concerns me is that your minority could well do some damage when you finally get Premiership status, as you will be under the magnifying glass of the top stage, with the world wide media coverage, so I think that it is an issue that your board should continue to press hard to stamp out!............

Aber's vids might be getting on a bit but the comments below the vid are more recent, ever thought that one reason that we have high banning orders could be that our police are more vigilant, don't know what's up with you Phil, you used to post sensible articles but just lately it looks like you've lost the plot with all the childish comments made, mostly on our board I might add.
Apologies to other Jacks for posting the comments below but Phil needs to be aware that no one is squeaky clean, we all have our problem fans but these sort of threads do nothing except incite more.

yep, remember this game well. the climbers, riot cops coming into our end. running from reading supporters before the game, then someone shouting 'get them' and us all turning and chasing them back up the street.
