I've never seen England score more than six in a game, so I reckon we'll get no more than one On a side note, their keeper should have been sent off after 15 minutes for deliberately handling the ball outside of his area. He was a good foot outside of the box FFS!
I'm not saying they are flops, but given they both cost over 10M and after nearly 2 years are yet to establish themselves as 1st choice, or even regular Utd players to me would indicate that they also cannot be deemed as successful signings yet, thus they could turn out to be flops. Yes if a player suffers injuries it is harsh to deem them as a flop, unless they had a history of injuries prior to their signing....like a certain cockney f**kwit that we sadly know. On the England caps piece.....it seems all a player needs to do is sign for Utd and they'll get England caps, take Ashley Young for example who is no better a player then when he was at Villa but is now a guaranteed starter for the national team, I can imagine that had he not signed for Utd, Zaha probs wouldn't have a cap by now too. The original point I made was to counter your view that Man U do not have a history of spending big amounts and getting it wrong, I agree that they have spent big amounts and got it right a lot, but they have made enough boo boos in the past in my view to suggest that Zaha is not guaranteed to work out as a star player. Like I say, just my view.
Aye, he shouldve been sent off! He shouldve been sent off at Wembley as well when he smashed Walcott.. On a side note, Clive Tyldesley, stop nicking my posts!
I was wondering, on what grounds do you sack the San Marino manager? Saying that, the current one has been there since 1999...
There's 6-0 Rooney free-kick now he's pissing off! Sturridge on in his place. Osman for Cleverley as well
Every time the woman on the PA system speaks, I feel like singing 'Saturday Night' by Whigfield 'Dee dee na na na'...
I can't believe we've just given away a corner to this lot. FFS England. Their 3rd corner in 5 qualifying games...
7-0 Sturridge Should've been his second, that. But I forgive you Dan. First time England have scored 7 since 1993, against....... San Marino
