I honestly think he gets people as 'green' as himself involved, just so he doesn't feel clueless within the walls of his own club. Like he wants a "let's learn together", ******ed type thingy...
The reports say he hates dissenters. I think it's more a case of him wanting people who will agree with him, and anyone with experience in football would tell him he's doing it wrong, hence the jobsworths and lickspittles he empowers.
