Not got 'round to watching it yet but check out Camping (also with Julia D) from a few years back (if you've not already seen it). That's class, although I think the Americans have remade it (which I've not seen but fear will be durchfall).
Ye enjoyed camping. Weird but this is even weirderer. The gay dad out of inbetweeners is in it and is just creepy.
If you didn't see Driven: The Billy Monger Story on BBC2 last night, it's worth looking up on iPlayer... https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p06qx4gt/driven-the-billy-monger-story He's the budding racing driver who lost both his legs in a crash and still returns to racing within a year, he really is inspirational.
For those who may be interested in the history of the nuclear bomb. Repeated on BBC4 this evening (Wed 21st)... iPlayer available... https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b08nz0xh/britains-nuclear-bomb-the-inside-story Here's a youtube link for those who can't get BBC iPlayer...
I don't know if anyone else has been watching The Sinner on BBC i player, but it certainly a good watch.
Just watch the 3 episodes of Mrs Wilson on BBC i player, fascinating true story and well worth a watch.
Forgot to mention this - for music aficionados of possibly several age groups. It's available on BBC iPlayer (originally broadcast on BBC4 on Friday last). I've been lucky enough to have seen every metamorphosis of Fleetwood Mac in the flesh, including the original members prior to their original lineup way back when. 'Tis a decent watch, although the emphasis is on their latest incarnations... https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0001kz2/fleetwood-mac-a-musical-history please log in to view this image
Amongst the dross on TV there's often a hidden gem. The Repair Shop, shown on BBC Two, is one such gem, brilliant and very gifted artisans. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
