I saw the first series but yet to see the first episode of the 2nd. Quite enjoyed it, though when I first started to watch it I did think I would.
I just watch the documentary, really interesting and great to see how she stuck to her beliefs and wasn't changed into something she wasn't.
For those interested, the award winning documentary "Beware of Mr. Baker", chronicling the late Ginger Baker's career, is on BBC IV @ 10:55 p.m. ("Imagine") program. It's excellent i.m.o. https://www.tvguide.co.uk/detail/2164471/14645527/imagine
I've probably posted this before - can't bloody remember. A great series " Rock & Roll America" documentary. Part 3 was on BBC4 again tonight (Oct 26 - the day City trumped Derby). Well worth a watch (the whole series) on BBC iPlayer, can be found on YouTube. If you're interested. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0623809/rock-n-roll-america-3-be-my-baby
It seems to be a PC version of WWII, which put me off watching the rest of it. In thise days the enemy were referred to as Germans, or less polite names, not as "Nazis" as PC Americans always refer to them.
Yeah mate I went to Berlin a few years back with family and a friend . Sat in a xmas market and a couple of German guys just randomly got us some shots ! Really nice day
