How ironic if, after the debacle of last summer's transfer window, we manage to secure all of our big signings before the Euros and they all get long term injuries?

That would actually be terrible, but I can see it happening. some of the "fans" would then blame wenger for buying players before the euro no doubt as well...

YouAreMyArsenal - he's very reliable with these things. He's Arsenal through and through, I doubt he'd make something like this up.

Wenger signed Podolski so early because he knew that CL place was not guaranteed at all. I think he must sign McVila before West Brom game

If the M'Villa thing is true+Podolski is with us, if we can get 3rd and convince RvP to stay, Then IMO we just need a CM/CAM and Verthogen and we will be challenging (Defensive coach too but Bould can help us with that)
