Agreed. Can't stand the term average either. If they were average they wouldn't even be playing for a Championship team!

I will use the term "average" or "mediocre" but to me that would be in respect to the premier league not people in general. Obviously, even the worst premier league player is "good" compare to the general population.

Average to me implies someone who would do an ok job but not stand out in a mid or lower mid table team. Not good enough for us.

Moreno is average. As much as we bash him, he would be an ok player (if not spectacular) for Burnley, Southampton or Sunderland, or Manchester United.

 

I agree, better managers would probably make Moreno much better

He was joking back in referencing my recent comment on the Premier League board that United have perhaps the best squad but one of the worst managers.

Probably why is never fit enough to play, scalds can be really bad
