Always supported Williams as a team. I think that's my dad's influence. I'm beginning to like Sauber as well now. As for drivers: Past -Ayrton Senna, Nigel Mansell, Damon Hill, Mika Hakkinen, Kimi Raikkonen, Juan Pablo Montoya (don't ask me why, probably coz he's a bit mental) Current - Robert Kubica, Kamui Kobayashi, Jenson Button
Ferrari, I'll support anyone who drives for them. I currently dislike McLaren, I think they have been extremly dishonest in the past. I think kicking out Ron Dennis helped, as they have been much better in the last few seasons. Other drivers, I like Schmacher, for his service to Ferrari, Kamui for his fair but hard style and Vettel, because at the moment he seems on a different level than everyone else.
ATM Kobayashi, he's down-to-earth, drives supremely well, and is aggressive without being stupid. In my eyes, given a decent car, he'll be a WDC. Used to like Hamilton, but he's fast becoming a self-absorbed asshole.
Ive always been a McLaren fan just because they were the team that rivaled Ferrari back in the day when they kept winning everything in sight. As for drivers anyone who has great talent, entertains, keeps me on the edge of my seat and is never afraid to go for a gutsy overtake. Kobi, Hamilton and Alonso spring to mind so I would say them. Just think how boring F1 would be if all 3 left. Kimi was also great at the time.
I always like to be right when picking certain drivers, people might not consider them world class in a F1 sense at the start but my madness has paid off before, knowing the likes of Vettel, Alonso and Kimi becoming WDC before joining big teams would be able to make an impact. Vettel, Rosberg, Perez, Kobayashi, Di Resta are my drivers I choose to follow. Team wise it' Mercedes plain and simple, they were a dominant force in the Fangio/Moss era and you better hope they don't make a comeback or all the big 3 teams will be crying for years to come.
I became a Ferrari fan after attending my first GP at Silverstone, whilst Schumi was still in his prime. Before that I followed the British influences in the sport although now I'm older I don't do do that anymore, even though I liked Hamilton when he first emerged, not so much these days though. Di Resta is an interesting Brit for me to take an interest in, he seems very smart and switched on, and has started pretty well at Force India.
Always followed the english drivers or the underdogs! Always hated Ferrari and Schumacer because he was so dominant..warming to him a bit now
Ferrari have always been the Panto baddies to me. Yes they are a very successful professional team, but its much more fun to have them as the bad guys
