I love McKenna, and what he has done for our club, but i have gut feeling that he could be another Potter. Unless you're in the upper echelons of the Premier league and winning trophies (ala Pep), i think 4/5 years is about the right amount of time managers should have at one club. Things, in my opinion, then start to get stale, and freshness is needed (which is why i'm not overly disappointed that Mckenna resigned)
O'Neil wasn't my first choice, but if he can get us winning games and keeping us up, then he'll have my blessing

Simon Jordan thinks this situation is a disaster for Ipswich. Doesn’t rate him or think he’s a good fit. Told Ashton as much. And asks where is the succession planning?

Some people are neutral but it seems as though only one person thinks this appointment would be a good idea.
