Just for the record I think we'll end up with Harry Kane probably on loan, it's based on nothing other than guess work.
I'm getting a feeiing of that, erm how do you say it, day jar vu. Second season premier league, lets go spend the money and push on for a top 10 finish, we must improve. Just like was said last time, only now we are starting with how much debt 70 80 90 million? We did OK this season with what we have, some smart buys / loans and consolidate our position. Trust Mr Bruce to deliver the goods, again
Don't believe it, he's ****e bla bla bla. I think we should look to move on Chester, Huddlestone, Elmo, Boyd, Quinn etc as none of them score enough goals. In fact Jelavic and long, 5 and 4 goals each respectively, not good enough at this level, nowhere near. That's 10 and 8 over the course of a season, we need them both to score at least 15 each and another striker to score 10 to bring off the bench. We also need to shift on the likes of Brady and Aluko for midfielders who score and assist more. Toni Kroos is available apparently and also Mario Gotze may be available on loan as he barely played. We need our central midfielders to chip in with some goals too and we may be able to get Frank Lampard, also Yaya Toure who seems to want out of Man City could be worth making an offer for. Finally our defenders for score enough from set pieces. Davies is borderline but I'd look to replace him if we can find two targets. John Terry, despite signing a new one year deal, might be swayed by European football and long assurances with a last big contract. McGregor and Harper also conceded far too many goals between them last season so we should certainly approach Valdes on a FAT. These are the type of player we should be targeting as not only a premier league club but also a Europa league club. Anything less will not be good enough and we can't look to press on with lower end premier league players like Aluko, Sagbo and Brady. We need to be looking at scoring between 80-100 goals in the league season but I just can't see any of our current players stepping up to that.
The examples I used are a reaction to Tiger Roos inane comments.Fact is if he didn't score at Brighton we wouldn't have been at Wembley twice.
I was with you all the way up to John Terry. Not having that vag playing for my club. The rest should be falling over themselves to join us. Wages won't be a problem either. Get it done Brucie.
