I had a chance, in 1993 to got to Earl's Court to see Pink Floyd. I turned it down to do something else - I really, really wish I had not done that, perhaps the one regret I will take to the grave with me.
Went to the Knebworth gig, last every time they were on stage all together. Such a sad loss losing a singer like Freddie, he was a class act.
Musty, I tried to post a clip, but the quality and sound is naff and doesn't do Queen any justice. Freddie was the ultimate showman, he had the audience in the palm of his hand. Was a bloody good show, Quo opened up then flew off to Belgium, then Big Country which surprised me they were excellent. Only down side was the 4hr or so trying to get out of the place. Happy days tho!!!!
Knebworth was fantastic huge crowd of well over 120k I think it was the best concert I have ever been to, quo were good as were big country . Can't remember if they were there but the alarm were good in Wembley . The best were last though queen blew me away though, like they did in live aid the year before.
after watching robbie live at knebworth dvd i can only imagine the atmosphere, they still do concerts there?

Jack in the box, unlucky on the floyd tho still should've been great in 69. Robert Johnson? i'll bet not a single member of not606 has been lucky enough to see him lol
Here's a good one for us Jacks, such a pity life cut so short.

Brings back memories. That vid is 1 hour 12 long Got it on DVD somewhere. Sound is awful (1973) but that doesn't seem to matter. Wakeman in his pomp too. Epic.
