Is this an inner hatred they're raised with? I mean is it a deeply ingrained cultural problem where children are being brainwashed from an early age?

Phil, the Danes are still upset that they sent their Viking Warrior over here in 2007 to be 'slapped' around the ring by Calzaghe ;)

Are you forgetting the welsh already beat the danes back in 1153 when after the golden dragon of porthwyhniford was thieved by the fancy hatted vikings, and chief taro pen gwyllt rose an army to go get it back . Kicking the shyte out of every horny headed toohats they came across on route , they left a legacy there that lives on after knocking up hundreds of blondie scrumpets and naming towns and villages after themselves like Llysta fyr, Bryn, Riska and Splot to name a few But after a few years of living rough with nothing worth keeping they came back home to lovely Wales and lived happily ever after, though the danes still celebrate St Davids day religiously in remote parts of Llanorway to this day.

Whisper it quietly, but the 24th Foot at Rorke's Drift was a Warwickshire regiment of predominantly English soldiers. To paraphrase the inaccurate but splendid film, Zulu, "there are some Welshmen in it, mind!"

BTW , 870 AD...Danes win, no problem! 1350 AD Welsh win, easy!
