That's a fair question, the money men in the boardroom have focused on lining their trousers, these last few seasons, and now it has cost them, so I really do think that we will, and have to address the poor scouting issues, and rebuild the way we used to, by not throwing money at transfers and buy prudently as we have done in past seasons that got us into the PL. having said that, the Championship is a competitive league and takes no prisoners, so we have got to get the right manager, and it looks like Potter is almost a done deal, at least he knows how to build a good team with restricted funds, though he will get funds to bring in the right players, there are also at least 4 or 5 really talented academy youngsters that I see being blooded into the mix as well, so it's a big adjustment, but I think we will be fine, I do not see us doing a Sunderland, they had huge debts ( £100 Million+) and changed hands etc, we might have some cash flow issues, and Credit streams, but there is plenty of cash to come in from the sale of the Ayew brothers, Mawson, Fab, Bartley, Mesa, and maybe Baston as well, not too mention Boney, that all adds up to a tidy sum, which should see us comfortably through to the Parachute payments............
Hiya mate, I think you'll struggle but have a chance of staying up Udders did so why can't you? I see most have taken my thread as tongue in cheek but of a wum and some have got all grumpy pants about it.
hiya dude hows it going>>>>>>>listen,... with you being a Liverpool fan from a village made up mostly of Cardiff city fans im sure you know we are all realists and will watch our team in any division in this country so no big deal if we don't stay up is it>>>>>>>I for one think we have a great chance with a league made up of lots of crap(that will include us this year lol) and the capitalist teams running a separate league within. anyways im off for a joint down my allotment......got a week off doing jack shi.t (excuse the pun)
will do dude>>>>ive been smoking since 7 this morning>>>>been putting digging off but my wifey will know ive been stoned lazy, so I better dash make some hay whilst the sun shines.......in other words clear some weeds and make it look cosmetic and keep her in doors off my back
Doesn't look likely that Villa will be in a position to step up next season. Their woes are growing. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44376099 We've been there before but come out the other side. Tax man, FFP. Steadier hands on the tiller now though. Wonder if Derby or 'Brough will experience similar? Fulham and Wolves must be sailing pretty close to the FFP wind as well.
