The only thing you've confirmed is that you are fully deluded by the fallacy. The reason the Goons have declined since the Library is the waste per buck on all things on-pitch. And that is mainly down to Wenger. Other clubs OTOH are getting more bang for their buck, and it is showing in the PL placings.

How is it luck though? He rarely attempts those volleys because he is a DM, but he is no donkey, infact he is pretty good on the ball, I mean you can't play in midfield for a Wenger team if you can't play. The volley was a thing of beauty, he watched it all the way onto his boot and placed it perfectly, that ball was in the air for ages, so he had to get his technique spot on and he did.
For about the only time in his entire career, once again!...99 times out of 100 that would have gone into row Z!...
