I'm not wrong, you're simply going round in circles.

    You can't afford a dodo.

Yes, realistically you are establishing yourselves, or trying to. The problem for all of us, to different extents, is that money talks. ****ed up? Made a mistake? No problem! Buy your way out of it. That's what City, Utd, Chelsea do!

The rest of us can't necessarily afford that luxury. Unless, and until UEFA take FFP seriously, we're all chasing shadows to differing degrees.

Congratulations <ok> You've just confirmed the point I was making, that Arsenal were conservative with their finances when they moved from Highbury, in order to build on a platform of sound financial prudence, which now affords us the luxury of being able to afford the players required at a top club

Perhaps you would have had us spunk that £200m as Spurs did with £120m of largely wasted transfer money after you sold Bale ?

Is this especially for short sighted people? Like your manager?

Well, the claim was that Wenger has never got the better of Pooch,
    which he clearly has.

So he's got the better of Pooch in the PL and the better of Pooch since he's been at Spurs.
Just another wum fail from the usual suspect then <ok>

He said Wenger never got the better of Poch, which is clearly wrong.

The only thing you've confirmed is that you are fully deluded by the fallacy. <ok>
The reason the Goons have declined since the Library is the waste per buck on
all things on-pitch. And that is mainly down to Wenger.

Other clubs OTOH are getting more bang for their buck, and it is showing in the
    PL placings.

Again, not since he joined us. In the C.C. Yes, and that was fortunate.

HIAG never made that clear, he simply said Wenger has never got the better of Poch in the PL, when he clearly has. Oh and what was fortunate about our league cup win? A pretty tight game, won by an excellent goal.'

Do you think that Arsenal had amassed a £200m 'kitty' when they first moved from Highbury ?

How is it luck though? He rarely attempts those volleys because he is a DM, but he is no donkey, infact he is pretty good on the ball, I mean you can't play in midfield for a Wenger team if you can't play. The volley was a thing of beauty, he watched it all the way onto his boot and placed it perfectly, that ball was in the air for ages, so he had to get his technique spot on and he did.

For about the only time in his entire career, once again!...99 times out of 100 that would have gone into row Z!...
