Kind of, I know the basic syntax it uses but there are still things on there way beyond my knowledge, but it is helpful that I know their extremely complicated rules about copyrighted pictures and what is allowed to be used. For instance you cannot use a photograph at the owners consent, meaning they will only allow photographs that you yourself took so if Reuters gave me written permission to put that picture on a wiki article the wiki foundation would still say it a breach of site rules.
