We definately need a quality manager for next season as Mr G and curt are not much good and will be eaten alive most games. You cant have mediocre leaders in the premiership or you will be fighting another relegation battle from day one. Unfortunately we have a board in decline and they will keep Mr G and wont give enough funds to replace at least 8 players with the quality we most definately need. It's going to be very interesting to see what happens when the season ends but i dont hold much hope that we will do much changing with this lot in charge....

There is a rumour that I have heard, that Curt may take the job on a permanent basis next season, not sure how that would go down with the Jack army, but I'd be well happy with that..........<cheers>

Good god are we asking for relegation....Curt is nowhere good enough and would be the cheap option that quite frankly will suit jenkins and the morgans as they pocket their percentage of even more millions to add to the millions they have already creamed of the club...The sooner all three goes the better it will be.....

I heard one as well, but mine was that Rodgers will be hear next season along with Joe Allen and a certain striker named Benteke.

No thanks. Don't rate him at all. Given the price it would cost to buy him, it would be better to buy Bony instead. I hope that Joe comes back though.

It looks like the board have lost their luck in signing good players and managers one after the other ? we either go back to tried tested gamble with Rogers or even Martineze if the lure of enough cash is big enough for him, or gamble on more unknowns to us ! how about the championship also rans there must be one good un amongst them except those up the road of course ? its getting desperate now and i cant see us doing a Leicester unless we completely change the set up here !

Nothing against Guido but I didn't want him in the first place , or anyone else for that matter once Curtis got the ball rolling .
But he's here now and should be given every opportunity to rebuild the squad .
Instead of complaining about Curtis and or Guido I suggest everyone complain to Huw and the board for leaving Monk to long , and ditching Curtis to quick while breaking his word that Curtis would stay till seasons end in charge .Guido probably has more expierence and connections than all our other Premier League managers put together .
How's this for a scenario , Guido is replaced in the summer .After 13 games things don't work out and we need a new manager . That will be 5 managers in 38 games over two seasons .... The equivalent of one entire season .
And if we do get a new manager in the summer , I don't want it to be anyone who turned us down in our time of need when Monk was finally ditched ... including Rodgers

This season could end up being a blessing in disguise as the board look to have become far too complacent and it's nearly bit them and us on the arse hugely. I know it's a case of careful what you wish for, but we need new blood both on the board and financially.

To be honest valley i dont think jenkins or the board have the same ethusiasm as before, They have all made millions out of a small club that will be difficult to repeat again.....They like most people have realized we have reached our limit and if we are ever going to move forward then we are going to have to spend some serious money and we know fully well they wont do that and not after making themselves super rich......You can see what will happen already....They will stick with Mr G and wont give him enough funds to really make a difference and the same boat we will be in next season of fighting another relegation battle until finally we will be relegated. Everyone knows we have been punching above our weight for a long time and its been great but you have to be a fool to think it will last for ever without serious investment season after season and not the pittance we have invested. It's all very well buying a Bony and selling him on for a profit but where is his replacement that is as good or not better. They went off on their own backs and did deals on players that were not the right players and it has back fired on us. Just look at the squad of players we have now and it dont look good reading with only a handful that are really premiership standard and we have been relying on the older players to save our bacon...How much longer can we rely on Ash.leon and rangel and others to keep playing at the top of their game......We need a massive turnaround from top to bottom with some very serious money invested in the squad but with our board i cannot see this happening and will continue to work on the cheap that will eventually see us back in the championship were its been mentioned that is the standard we are now......Big Big changes desperatly needed when the season ends......but i doubt it....

The touted about £100m we get if we stay up should get some of the best players we`ve ever had in here, but i bet all the average players will ramp up their value along with their agents cuts after the few best players are snapped up by the big name clubs so we be no better off unless we can keep discovering cheap gems and bring on the youth quicker here to keep punching high.

We have seen what so called not so cheap gems has cost us this season. The chances of finding one of them are zero. You have to invest to accumalate and not like us buying players from the lower leagues and not playing them as they proved they cant play top of the tree football.

Problem with the increase in money , is all teams get it and we're back where we started swantastic .Its not the amount of money you get imo , it's what you can do with it

My point is players we could pick up for say £10m will more than double their prices cos their agents know there is a lot more money floating about next season so they will want their overpriced cut knowing teams will be desperate to get the best players in that they can now afford to pay more so we will be no better off , maybe pay up for a couple of over priced rated players but hj will still shop cheap !

Guido's first season back at Udinese in 2010 -2011 , after a horrendous start , the team went on to finish 3 in Series A, their best finish ever .Only one team scored more goals that season than Udinese .They went on for the next few seasons under Guido finishing no lower than 5th in the top division in Italy .
It's a good thing Udinese never had a knee jerk reaction to Guido's horrible start that first season , otherwise Udinese fans wouldn't have expierenced some of their best results in the club's history .
