WHO WILL BE THE NEW MANAGER?

So does that put De Boer out of it, I want someone in now not in the summer when we could be a Championship side.

 

Sir,I wish I knew the answer to that.
What I do know,along with others is that it is getting to become ridiculous the number of names being linked.
Agree 100% we need someone in ASAP.

Edit......The going is going to get tough.Our squad needs to get tougher.
Are there enough players in our squad able to roll their sleeves up and get tougher?

 

Agree. He's done a great job in halting the slide. He seems to have sorted the issues (whatever they were behind the scenes), he's improved our defence and got the players motivated, committed and playing better.
Now is the time for a new manager to come in, and this must happen this week imo.

 

Damn I seen this and was optimistic then.
We can't afford to wait until the summer, as good as an appointment this would be, if he wants the job, either he takes it now or gets lost.

 

I believe there is enough metal n our squad. Fab, Rangel, Ash, Fed, Amat, Leon, Cork, Ki, Gylfi, Emnes, Routs are all key for the rest of the season.

But all of this is moot if we don't buy Bony's replacement in the next few weeks.

 

I'm convinced Curtis and company can keep us up , and on the cheap .

Like I've used before , Monk had great tools , just wasn't a good mechanic .
We have a very good group of players , Curtis and Adams seem to be tinkering well with it and I truly feel we will be firing on all cylinders sooner rather than later with their hands at the controls..I won't lie to you , some of this is hopeful thinking but we could spend big on a new manager and new players and be worse off .
Within the realm of finances and know how , Curtis and company gets my vote .....and I think they get the vote of our bumbling board too .

 

What I do find intriguing is the rush to judgement to defend Monk's appointment , who had no coaching expierence whatsoever and the the rush to judgement to not defend Curtis who has more coaching expierence than Carters has pills , it's a total mystery to me .

I would say curtis could be a good manager for us...IF first of all he must want to be the manager and second if he was allowed to manage the club the way he wanted to run the club,
But he has been at the club for years and been in this position before and he knows fully well you are the manager at Swansea in name only with little decision making as its all done upstairs in the main, and that's why he don't want the job on a permanent basis, You can bet that most good managers are not putting themselves forward for the same reasons....

I read when he first took over from Monk that he didn't want the job permanently because manager's get sacked and as he has spent most of his career at Swansea he doesn't want this to happen.
