Gerrard's end game is obviously to get the Liverpool job, I think going to Newcastle would be too risky for him

Hes not going to get a liverpool job on the back of winning **** all at rangers.

At some point hell need to demonstrate he can mix it in the premiership and I dont see a bigger club than Newcastle giving him the job

We don't want him for the same reason..... not good enough

He improved Rangers hugely last season and we will win the league this season. Gerrard will see out his contract at Rangers

Yet Lampard takes Derby from 6th to 6th in the Championship and will probably be next Chelsea manager. Can you see the huge flaw in your logic?

The Championship is streets ahead of the Scottish Premier League. The Scottish Premier League isn't even a ****ing league in my opinion. Lampard was very close and probably should have brought Derby up, had he done so the outcome would still be the same i.e. him likely taking up the Chelsea job.

Gerard will not get the Liverpool job (if that's his holy grail) unless he manages in England, whether that be in the Championship or at another Premier League club to prove himself. Lampard has done that, albeit for only one season but there are plenty examples of far more experienced managers and household names who have failed.....and not even been given a full season in the Championship!

    I'm not getting your point?

Hahaha ffs surely even you must admit that is a weak as **** comeback?
Who did he manage in the Premiership? Was it not just Bolton he managed down south and Bolton were in a bigger mess than Newcastle and that's saying something.

Are you seriously trying to suggest that Gerrard prefers facing St Mirren, Ross County and Kilmarnock that Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea?

No, I don't think you are getting my point, nor I yours. So Lampard has proved himself as a manager because he managed to take Derby from 6th to erm 6th? Is that is what you are saying? I have never said that Gerrard would go from Rangers straight to Liverpool. What I did say though, on more than one occasion, is that Gerrard wouldn't leave Rangers to go to Newcastle. Why would any manager, especially a new one want to go to Newcastle in their present situation?

Lampard hasn't been named manager anyway and even if he does it's not uncommon for club heroes to walk into managerial roles at big clubs without experience at all .

The reality is that Steven Gerrard would leave rangers for any premiership club including Brighton and Burnley. He would suck the hepatitis off a bell and to get the Newcastle job.

So is Gerrard not a club hero at Liverpool? You are really confusing me now. He can't go from Rangers to Liverpool but not uncommon for club heroes to get the job with no experience at all? Don't take this the wrong way, but are you drunk?

Well, if Newcastle are such a high profile club and it's such a high profile job, let's just see who your next manager is. That should put the arguement to bed.

Liverpool are unlikely to replace klopp with Gerrard... Chelsea are in a bad situation worry fans twisting so they're looking to give the club a lift.

Lampard might not even get the job either btw .

I can see your point , but the original argument in afraid you are very wrong about because gerard would leave rangers fir Newcastle so fast hed get footburn

Well, I don't suppose any of us can claim either of us is right or wrong as, as far as I'm aware, Gerrard has not been offered the Newcastle job. So even if you keep on about sucking diseased cocks, which is rather alarming, it still doesn't make what you say true.
