The good thing about the championship (and other leagues) every body plays each other twice. So there are a lot of points to play for, teams taking points off each other, shock results etc. Any team can beat any team, more often than not games you expect to pick up 3 points, you end up with none or one. Anything can happen up until Xmas, then with the January window, who wants it most and improves their team, the top 3 or 4 usually pull away. So my top six are City Leicester Blackburn Bolton Boro Hull City Leicester Bolton, going up. But what do I know.
How about the question of when we go up which players won't be going with us? I am still convinced that when we got beaten by the Tangerines that Bothroyd refused the pain killers and came off early because he was frightened he couldn't cut it in the Prem. And since then he has proved himself right. And I think a few others in that team deliberately underplayed out of fear of being dumped. Wait till the lat four or five games if we're there or there abouts and see who starts bottling it.
Cor. What a statement. I cannot believe that any player would not want to pur Premiership on his CV...interesting mind!
