Abroad: Baggio, Del Piero, Zidane Nesta, Davids, Deschamps Cafu, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldo, George Hagi(always underrated if you ask me), Seedorf and loads more, I could go on for ages but I always liked Juve, which probably shows in my choices and if included Conte you'd think I was crazy <whistle>

Premier Leage/England: Gazza, Ginola, Sheringham, Le Tiss, Owen, Beckham, Cantona and well, pretty much anyone that put on a Spurs shirt.

Hoddle and Ardiles. What a joy to see them in the same team.

I was about 3 rows back in the paddock that day and Speedie was just out of my reach. :(

Could be me, but I didn't see Speedie do much wrong in there, just a bit of a barge to stop Bennett getting to the ball?

Barnes, Gazza, Waddle, Beardsley, Gav Peacock, Maradona, Matthaus, Squillacci (only in Italia 90). So many great, skillful players in the late 80's early 90's. Maybe cos I was a kid and I have a romantic view but it seemed so much better back then.

Look again fella, the kick at his knee. Bennett was only in his second game back after an injury to that knee. Speedie wasn't just kicking out, there was easer places to strike bennett but he went for that knee. You know what speedie was like too, He probably told him he was going to do it. Next time I see Beno I'm going to ask him.

Shearer, Ginola and Sir Les when I was very young.

Kind of players that actually made watching Newcastle fun.
