Have to say I agree totally.... Hope you're right! Fletcher has done nothing and should comfortably be third choice ATM behind Wickham and Jozy (in that order) and I am not a fan of Jozy - but hope he can win me around

    Go with:

    Mannone

    Vergini, Brown, O'Shea, Van Aanholt

    Rodwell, Catts, Larsson

    Johnson, Wickham, Giaccerini

Alvarez will start on bench and will come on after 60 mins...

I would go with this but drop Johnson for Buckley. He needs a kick up the arse again and a few games warming the bench like last year.

That would be my team, but with Jones at RB instead of Vergini.

Maybe the question should be - Shouldn't Giacc start most games now?

Back to the op, I have no idea but I'll just have to trust Gus' judgement.

This is the team I want, maybe start Buckley and throw johno on at half time, he seems to make more of an impact from the bench.

I think this one is coming down the pipeline and would agree that in a couple of games he will be sitting on the bench if he doesn't get his finger out. Isn't it nice to have a strong bench <party>
