Excellent assessment. Frank and Mikel are a no no, and Mikel is now the more necessary player of the two. He is a good player and significantly better when Frank is not slowing things up. Romeu, Ramires or even David Luiz theoretically could do the business, and until they are tried, we won't know. However Luiz and Cahill will hit their straps as they did in the CL final and for me are the future core of our defence. Oscar will be like Hazard when he beds in, a nightmare for opposition defenders, but not the man to run the show from midfield. Frankly, I don't think we have him.
