From the past few years -

Windass, Geo vs Arsehole and Spurs, Bostock at Leeds (missed his goal vs Swansea FFS), Barmby and Deano at Watford, Bullards pen at Man City (purely for the celebration!), Manucho at Fulham for the drama, Marlene 'Stella Artois' King against the Toon, Folan against Fulham in our first Prem game...

I could name many more from further down the years, but there's too many. It's great that the players give us these great memories though! <laugh>

worth it if for no other reason than the horrified reaction of the lino as a shirtless delaney rampages towards him.

lol i just found that goal on youtube.....not as dramatic as i painted it out to be more like a 20 yard pass, still it sticks out in my mind and in my defence it was 18 years ago!!!!93/94 season

Got a link? Am sure I remember that goal. A Neil Mann chip from about 30 yards used to be my favourite goal on the 101 goals of the decade (90s) video I had. One of the goals on there was a Deano penalty - kind of sums up the whole decade for us that it made the best goals from a 10 year period!

Deano at Wembley for the occasion, setting and what that goal gave us. Definetly remember Delaney V Rochdale in 2004, and anyone remember Stuart Elliott score from near the half way line V Brentford the following season? Barmby's 2nd at Hillsbrough in 2004, Geo at Arsenal and Ashbee at Yeovil and Torquay.

Delaney's goal v Bristol Rovers had everything. A decent build up, a sweeping move and a fantastic finish. His goal v Rochdale was stunning cos it was the only bit of magic in a crap match.

    Ash v Yeovil
    Ash v Torquay
    Geo's v SPurs and Arsenal
    Deano's at Wembley

Forrester v Northampton- think it was him where we were 4-1 up away and the move came from the half way line it came to Forrester and he dummied it and it fooled their defender and he did a decent one two with Burgess and neatly finished.

There's some brilliant Elliot goals on here, particularly at 4.30, 5.10, 5.45, 5.50 and 9.30

Wasn't that brilliant goal on the spin against Luton, rather than Brentford?

Nah it was Brentford. He hit on the turn, quite a way out and all, and it went in off the underside of the bar. It's one of the goals on the big screen before kick off. The one against luton at the KC was quite flukey it was like a cross come shot, if i remember correctly, the deceived the keeper and went in.

Great find and a great goal but it's not the chip I had in mind. This was scored at the other end in front of the north stand, was an evening game and was in the all amber kit when we were sponsored by IBC. Am trying to find it but unfortunately so far to no avail...

Bingo! - 20 seconds in. Maybe it wasn't an evening game!

Paul Hunter versus Brighton. Cold day at BP. Crap game. 89 minutes, nil nil. Brighton score, disallowed, quick free kick, up the other end. Hunts bangs it in.

Summed up supporting City back then - 89 minutes of crap. Still, sent 3,000 of us home happy - and 30 odd from Brighton pretty pissed.

I believe it's on the classic '100 Best Goals of the Decade'. We were so bad there's a Deano penalty on there!
