Obviously Wigan are going down, and i'll say Blackburn and Swansea will go with them. Would love to see swansea stay up, but they are too similar to Blackpool from last season.

Swansea's problem is that they don't score enough goals. If they have a bad run and the defence start conceding, they'll find it very difficult to turn it around. The comparison with Blackpool is an accurate one (and Hull from their first season in the prem, although they managed to stay up).

Wolves will certainly go. McCarthy's a ****e manager and his luck will run out in the end. Probably Wigan will go too.

No, you pay on the Welsh side of the bridge... Often Heddlu are there lying in wait with their speed cameras just before the toll booths as they are all down the Welsh part of the M4.

Offa had it right. Where are the dykes when you need them?

Why do so many QPR fans want swansea or norwich to go down? Is it because its very rare for all 3 promoted sides to stay up, and currently you are by far the worst? Surely the reality of the situation is apparent.

Your form over the last 6 is better than only Wigans. Norwich's is joint 6th best. And more worryingly for QPR, the form of Bolton and blackburn has drastically improved (up to 5th best and 9th best) leaving only wolves wigan and QPR in the position of being both bottom end and in bad form. so at the moment,

    QPR
    wolves
    wigan

but if you really think norwich will drop, put some money on it, you can get 18 now! thats 6x what you'll get on QPR.

Whats unreasonable about what i said? unlike a number of QPR fans i'm not saying i want you to go down, just that on current form you are likely candidates, and that the zeal with which some of your fans want Norwich or swansea to go down seems to be emotional rather than logical.

if you'll read back through this thread you'll see four different QPR fans actively willing either swansea or norwich or both to be relegated. I found the enthusiasm for that a bit weird. My comment was just stats, form, position. Based on that i said who on current form is destined for the drop. (Actually the same teams some QPR fans named earlier) Form is temporary of course, and everything can change, but based on the current state of things, wishing swansea and Norwich to fail is more spiteful than it is a rational assessment of the facts. But clearly it hit a nerve with you, so sorry if it got your blood up, times are tricky for you at the mo, good luck.

why would you find the fact anyone would want 3 teams other than themselves relegated weird..
maybe the other four qpr fans were not so forgiving of the whole dock em points saga beat up by norwich and swansea fans last season

you're right there may be bad blood from 606 last year, but many Norwich fans (i cant speak for the swansea fans) were posting messages of support for QPR, and not calling for a points deduction. Its no the 3 other teams that i found weird, its the fact that people wanted 2 teams who seem less likely to be relegated. I asked what caused that, and suggested it was new team bragging rights. It could well be what you suggested too. And hey, if me saying that QPR are by far the worse of the promoted sides was inflammatory i apologize. It wasn't meant to be, it was just based on current stats.

    Wolves/Bolton/Blackburn

Wolves, I just dont think they have enough.

Bolton, their form has carried on into this season from the backend of last, We had a dreadful 2011 from Jan on they were 1 point behind us in Jan, they finished 1 poit behind us., but N`Gog scoring double figures to keep them up, i just cant see it.

Blackburn, funny team, in turmoil one week, then ruptures the next, promised the earth, got nothing, unless they buy, its bye bye.

Wigan, yes they are pretty dire, but i can just see them getting themselves out of it, dont know how, just a hunch.

    the promoted clubs

Norwich, scoring goals, let in a few as well, but home form should be enough to keep them up.

QPR, Hughes will keep you up, it also depends who you buy this window, I know you have been linked with a few, but if you do get bodies in (if Mital dips his hand into his pocket anyway) then you should be fine, if he doesnt, it may be squeeky bum time, but you will stay up. OH and sell Barton, if you cant sell him, send him to the moon or something, probably him thats unsettling the dressing room (if there is unrest).

Swansea, really nice football, need to put the ball in the back of the net, but should have enough to stay above the other 3.

I can't understand the anti Swansea/Norwich posts, they've both done really well on limited resources and should stay up comfortably. As I posted earlier on here, on current squads and form it would be Wigan, Wolves and us going down, but it's too early to predict. At the end of the window, if we have the right players in we should be ok but whatever the squad it will be squeaky bum time especially with our last four games including Spurs, Chelsea and Man City...

I really can't call it. After watching saturday its definitely wigan plus 2. Who the other two will be i really don't know. A lot will depend on who Blackburn sell and who we sign i feel. If we sign no-one i fear the worst. Also i've got a feeling someone else will get drawn into it. Maybe swansea, although have to say i hope not as i like a team that plays good football.

I want the three to be

    Wolves, Wigan and blackburn.
