As long as it doesn't involve actually having to attend the game, eh Polly? <doh>

Get ****ed. Just because I don't go to away matches? I've seen you - quite rightly - having a go at people claiming to be "better fans" than others on account of how often they go to matches or how long they've been following the club, yet here you are doing just that.

I didn't claim to be a better fan.

You said you'd support the team at any cost, I merely pointed out that 'at any cost' obviously doesn't involve driving throug the pissing rain to get to a dire game in Burnley.

Yet you criticise those who did and were pussed off with what they saw?

    You get ****ed.

Lolly is the ultimate poodle, the type that is happy to devour any old **** that's fed to her.

Enjoy your two days out at Wembley last season Lolly?

I didn't criticise anyone for travelling to Burnley. Feel free to get back to the point whenever you're able.

    I don't get this?

Are you not allowed to have an opinion on players if you think they aren't performing well or if you generally think they're not good enough?

It's a football forum FFS, if we can vent our frustrations here then where can we?

I didn't go yesterday so I'm not going to criticise what went on but surely if you pay your money you're entitled to have your say on a shagging message board?

It's not as if it's in the ground booing the team.

There was plenty of booing at full-time.

    I heard it.

There's not much to "get", really.

I got pissed off with the same old posters posting overly negative tripe for several weeks, including insults aimed at players and the manager, so express my feelings on the matter yesterday, when those serial moaners were in full flow.

Then handbags are thrown around

Those handbags you refer too seem to have missed you, oh if only they had a brick each in them & had made contact with your thick noggin. You are'nt in fear anymore of looking to become like one of the poodles , you refer too. Your REPEATED posts of explaining yourself has YOU as exactly in the same category ,that which you claim to despise. POLLY can you see what I am saying. Stop posting your dislike of other posters comments. NO ONE likes yours either. Dense c***f

    This is it.

    It’s simplistic.

Also, as this is a messageboard then surely certain fans have the right to criticise the unrealistic expectations/demands placed by others. Not a tricky nor a complex platitude to garner.

Everyone knew yesterday was utterly ****, ****, even if Roy Hodgson was our manager he’d struggle to eek out the positives but still this performance has to be placed in the context of where we truly are and where we’ve come from.

This is our second season, we’re going to be **** quite a bit.

We're in the top division with the best squad we've ever had (if not the best team, yet), the club is financially stable and our manager and chairman have an excellent relationship. Oh, and in the two matches before Burnley we gained 2 points from 2 away games against 2 better sides (on paper). So, obviously, a number of our supporters are on here questioning whether SB has 'taken us as far as he can' (god help us, the arrogance) and suggesting we need to buy big in January (or else we will be relegated) and that we beed ti sell half a dozen players 'who aren't good enough to play for us'. You ****ing idiots, you make me embarrassed to be in any way associated with you.

It's all about expectations. We performed above ourselfs to get points at Arsenal and Liverpool where we wouldn't have expected to get anything, this raised expectations even more. We expected to beat Burnley or at least draw but got beat, fans are dissapointed. That how the game is.

The most worrying thing about this post is that he actually went back after posting it to edit it - and yet even after editing it's still a monumental train wreck.

As for "c***f", I can only assume he means cliff, or perhaps cleef if he's a fan of Lee Van Cleef. (As we all should be.)
