Defence- Much the same I'd imagine, although could see Paintsil come in to replace Peltieras he's more a 'Pearson full-back,' not sure I'd mind much, I actually rate Paintsil, though would on current form hope he'd stick with Peltier. Konchesky is a must have imo. Incidentally, what's happened with Fernandes? He's not injured because he played for Switzerland on Friday, do you think he'll leave now Sven's gone, or will Pearson convince him to stay? I'd want a midfield of Wellens-Fernandes-King as this gives us the most versatility, with Danns coming on for King, Abe for Fernandes and Johnson for Wellens as subs if necessary. Anyone think this might be Pearson's thinking?
