Is that Ribot? Just going by the jockey and assuming it's from the other side of the track. But not so sure the second fits Hence the ?
 
Tricky one Reebs! The second looks like the Gerry Oldham colours and I think he owned Miralgo, and with your slight clue to Ron then I'm going with RAGUSA winning the KG at Ascot.
 
I'm firming up on Ragusa as Mullion's colours were tartan cap and sash.

When I first saw the picture I thought it was By Thunder but his owner had a hoop and not a sash.
