Huh? I can't see your picture Ron. Am I doing something wrong with the copy and paste?
I guess by viewing image properties you can see the name? How to prevent that?
Well yes, it is Shavian <laugh>

Don't understand why you can't see my pic Oddy; I can. Are you looking from a mobile?

The way to get round that Oddy is to download the picture to you computer and then upload from there, or yonu can use the snipping tool and paste in, as below

To be fair Ron, I thought he could see yours, but we can't see his. Dunno what he is doing, but as you say, snipping works every time.

I couldn't see either, but can see the latest post of Shavian

Reebs, I suppose it was easy if you knew the colours. Put it together with Steve Cauthen and it's got to be him. Would have been more difficult if the picture showed Eddery.

Easy one so 1. What's the horse 2. Who rode him to win the Lingfield Derby Trial 3. What does he have in common with Charlottown

<ok> lads I'll try and post another when sober <laugh>

I did like that performance of Shavian at Royal Ascot though - remember watching it TV and thinking I'd never seen a horse run so fast

Teenoso. think Lester Piggot rode him in the Derby trial? Original trainers of both Charlottown and Teenoso retired at the end of their 2 yo season

Ha ha, you are correct and you've got me there. But I was presuming you'd know it was a Derby winner so interested in what he had in common with fellow Derby winner Charlottown (and Lammtarra and Nashwan (partly))

Right Janabelle. Piggott rode him in the Derby, possibly for the first time. I was at Lingfield the day he won the trial and was certain he'd give his young jockey his first Derby winner.

As you say Harry Wragg trained him as a 2yo but Geoff then took over.
