You really shouldn't publicly admit that! An example is that they go on about morals and then seem worryingly interested in sexy photo of underage girls.
And that makes them a different machine to (say) The Sun, The Mirror, The Star, The Express etc? The Mail is no better and no worse than the rest. Even the snooty highbrows such as The Guardian and The Times are full of self-righteous, pompous, double-standard garbage.
Agreed that the mail, like all other media, have good & bad points of interest. As much trash as it may have ...................... I find it has many good readings and images on quite a number of history related articles. I like reading & seeing photos of things that have happened down the decades to the early nineteen hundreds. I like reflecting on on how society has changed, not always for the good and reminiscing. At first, I couldn't understand 'Flyers' point of view until some of you make your comments but we all have our own opinions and there is nothing wrong with that. All is good.
It never ceases to amaze me that people seem to so willingly swallow the anti-Mail propaganda. The simple fact is that your politics lie some way left of the Daily Mail's and that is why you despise it.
That's like pointing the finger at someone saying they hate Hitler because their viewpoint is to the left of him. The fail is the type of rag EDL members read.
Really? Is that what you're accusing me of being then? What highbrow journal do you recommend I read so that I can be properly socially engineered to conform to your ideals, Flyer? For the record, I regularly read publications supporting all political perspectives in order to get a balance of opinion. My defence of the Mail is borne from this; that it spouts nothing worse than any other... just from the right-of-centre perspective. Your Hitler analogy is so ridiculously extreme it probably doesn't warrant a sensible response... so knickers!
