Suarez didn't end up in a court of law because he never committed a crime, he was found guilty by an FA panel of the same charge Terry got found guilty of, so you and Terry make racist comments and its ok but doing just that makes Suarez a racist. its bordering on racist that you consider it ok for English people to say such things but not a South American. BTW Suarez's grandfather is of African decent and he also has black friends as well as mixed race relatives, does that make him innocent like Terry?
